Oasis Custom Homes is a special look created by Varsity Development, LLC, the long-standing home builder that's been here in the Tri-Cities for over 30 years. When the firm's founder entered retirement, Leslie Savitch became president. Mr. Savitch has introduced a number of innovations including extensive pre-priced model options, creative new floor plans, and a value pricing program.

The company is particularly proud to have a group of sub-contractors and suppliers who have stood the test of time and have the commitment to back the Varsity Warranty program.
