Our family is delighted with our new home.  Thank you for making our home buying experience an enjoyable one.  Michelle was very attentive and helped us through each step of the process. Tim was all over the details and made sure the home we moved into was the home we ordered.  We were impressed also with each of the sub contractors we dealt with, particularly Mike Webb with Cobalt Electric. 

Now that we are moved in and settled, we have to say that the house is well-thought out.  The details in the kitchen layout in particular make the home a joy to live in.  There is a place for everything and everything is in its place.
